From September to May, winter sports enthusiasts, skiers and snowboarders on holiday in Senales gather at altitudes of between 2,000m and 3,200m. Here, they find several kilometres of pistes and descents for all skill and ability levels. From the mountain station, visitors have views of the more than 3,000m high Palla Bianca, Wildspitze and Similaun, where Ötzi lay for centuries, preserved in the ice.
