Peter Hess® Therapy Singing Bowls
Singing bowl massage The sound massage is a very effective deep relaxation technique. Placed directly onto the fully-clothed body, himalayan singing bowls are played using felt mallets, to create a soothing sound and gentle vibration. After only a few treatments, you'll feel inner harmony, pure relaxation and a positive feeling about your own body, which provides a basis for the emergence of self-healing powers. We use different sizes of singing bowls for the respective body parts. The entire body is brought into a state of harmonious vibration, which is felt as very beneficial.

Bach flowers
Bach Flower Therapy As a certified Bach flower practitioner, I collect the flowers in my surroundings and produce the 38 mother tinctures myself. Bach flowers have a balancing, relaxing and overall harmonising effect - a good choice if you feel stressed, sad, restless, overwhelmed, anxious, despondent, insecure, etc.
In a personal consultation we‘ll put together your own personal combination, which you will take for about 3 weeks. Nowadays children are also exposed to strong stress, and the Bach flowers are of great help in this regard. Animals also respond well to Bach flowers.
